Our hotel features 23 modern meeting rooms and multifunctional event spaces, including the Nieuwegracht, Oudegracht, and Domtoren rooms. In addition, several boardrooms are available, such as the Maarssen room. The spaces vary in size and are suitable for both small meetings and large events.
Capacities range from 0 to 500 guests in theater setup. We are happy to provide the exact capacities per room upon request.
A U-shape setup is suitable for groups of approximately 13 to 30 guests. Depending on availability, a higher capacity may sometimes be possible. For smaller groups, we recommend a boardroom setup.
The maximum capacity for a boardroom setup is 12 guests.
Room rental includes a projector and projection screen (1st floor and Sky Lounge) or an LCD screen (2nd floor). In addition, the plenary room is equipped with a flip chart, markers, notepads, and pens as standard.
Our meeting packages are calculated per time block and standardly include:
- Mineral water in the meeting room
- Refreshments in the foyer, including coffee, tea, soft drinks, and smoothies
- Brain food, fresh fruit, and a selection of sweet treats
The package can be extended with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
We are happy to provide the rates upon request.
No, room rental is not included in the meeting package.

We offer various options, such as wraps, smoothie bowls, poke bowls, and more. We are happy to share the possibilities in a non-binding quotation.
We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies if communicated at least one week prior to the event. Unfortunately, kosher catering is not available.
The invoice will be sent after the conclusion of your meeting or event.
The VAT specification is included on the invoice that will be sent after the meeting or event.
A reservation is considered a group booking when more than 10 hotel rooms are booked.
Different terms and conditions apply to group bookings than to reservations of up to 10 rooms. These conditions will be provided together with the quotation.
